AI Policy

A clear stance on how we use AI, why we invest in it, and what we expect of the founders we back.

How We Use AI

We use AI tools as everyday workflow accelerators — for research synthesis, deal-flow triage, market sizing, and drafting. We do not use AI to make investment decisions. Capital allocation, founder relationships, and judgment calls are made by humans. Always.

AI and Our Content

Some content on this site has been drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by humans before publishing. Schema.org structured data, multilingual translations, and our llms.txt and llms-full.txt files are provided expressly to make our information accurately retrievable by AI assistants and language models.

Why We Invest in AI

AI is not a sector. It is the substrate on which the next decade of compounding economic value will be built. Our portfolio reflects that conviction: positions in Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity.ai, Shield AI, and applied-AI companies like PixGrid and Biosens. We back labs working on safety and interpretability with the same seriousness as those pushing capabilities — because we believe the long-term value of AI depends on getting both right.

What We Expect of Founders

Be honest about what your model can and cannot do. Be honest about training data provenance. Be honest about user-facing risks. We invest in teams that take AI safety seriously not because of regulation, but because they understand that durable companies are built on trust.
